Recently Marc Chan purchased 7,834,541 shares on the market
Recently Huang Gang purchased 7,357,051 shares and then another 7,000,000 shares.
Recently the CEO/Chairman Low Ngee Tong purchased another 254,803 shares. During the past 12 months the CEO/Chairman has purchased 972,131 shares.

Note, No4 top shareholder is Mr Low Ngee Tong's wife Heng Siow Kwee.


No 1. ) During the past 12 months Huang Guang has purchased 14,357,051 shares, total being 103,618,803 shares or 14.03%.

No 2.) During the 12 months Marc Chan has purchased 19,706,100 shares, total being 100,260,653 or 13.57%

No 3.) With Mr Low's recent share purchase it puts their combined shareholding at 134,062,400 shares or 18.15%.

These Top shareholders now control 45.75% of OM Holdings
