yes base but FAR have not provided any update at any point from their previous public statements so one has to assume it's around their previous estimate, remember they did tell shareholders they would update as the process went on etc
it's all a mess but given the hole FAR dug re PE any third party costs at this point could have hurt/magnified more than the actual monetary amount.
now for conspiracy theory - will these costs all be wrapped up in a WPL offer for part of SNE
