    Hi Morganp,

    Is there any link between the Relax 1 post on 19/3 regarding notice to proceed by or in April for commencement of IC and your comment about revenue should be received this qtr?

    Meaning should it be announced/signed that FLC has been given Notice to proceed before they can book revenue this qtr?

    If yes, then they only until 31 March.

    Just askin....
