I agree. That is the reason for withdrawing the Legal stoush.
No benefit to WPL if they were to take over FAR, only to PAY MORE LEGAL COSTS.
I think FAR and some of the top 20 have reached a deal to sell FAR to WPL.
These announcements are about clearing the decks.
