For goodness sake Tubs "the old RED" .... LOL ... which RED are you talking about ... the one that was rescued from insolvency in 2015 by Mark Williams and his BOD, or the one that was rescued after Cyclone Gina struck in 2016 by going out and finding 2 disparate assets, Darlot and KOTH, bought on the cheap and turned into the next big mine development or the one which despite being involved in the worst market downturn since 1929, and a concomitant 1 in 100 pandemic that has just been rescued from the jaws of a severe credit contraction, and now remains one of the most solvent gold producers, on the verge of completing an FFS that will transform the company .... which RED Tubs.
The dilution will be more than made up if the FFS leads to a 4-6m tons pa new KOTH as outlined above by 101? The previous quarterly was unfortunate to have a plant breakdown when the market was becoming very unstable and the reaction was savage.
Every time you get the blues, read again the latest presentation and see why the company and the analysts that closely follow the company are very excited by the prospect of the development of the assets RED has at KOTH add to a lesser extent Darlot. Unless the market gets completely blown up, then QE to infinity by all governments around the world should ensure enduring high gold prices that will ensure great profitability for producers.
a very significant discount is still being applied to RED by conservative analysts - once the FFS justifies KOTHs new plant, that discount will normalise and RED's valuation will steeply rise .... maybe not to 100c in the short term, but surely more than double the current SP in the short term.
I don't think the banks or Qantas or RE stocks are going to double in the same time frame ... large shareholders are not going to try and day trade this stock in this market ... any entity that puts serious money on the table in this market must be very convinced ... small shareholders should take confidence from this fact and stop entertaining the same old conspiracy theories .... if its all too much cash out and hunker down, but you'll probably regret it ... IMHO.
