property, resources, soft commodities,oil, gold, surf ware...they all have the potential to become booms at some time or other

gold is probably the most likely candidate but even it is losing value now

the low $A will kill gold stocks

eventually the world will recover and people will start buying but I can't see it for a while

the last boom was funded by debt. I can't imagine banks allowing that to happen again in my life time.
