Pilko3, it would be a dramatic change in human nature when someone is going to be happy with an average 85% price hike.
But leaving that aside, where would China source 300 million tonnes of iron ore?
There is no alernative--well there is, an exponential increase in spot prices from the odd shipload trying to find a home....enough ore to produce a couple of razor blades, lol.
