"The implied average manganese ore price achieved by Tshipi é Ntle in FY2017 was substantially lower than the 37% Manganese Ore
Index due to approximately 600,000 tonnes of low grade material being sold which attracted a price discount. This low-grade material
(which is classified as waste) was sold to take advantage of the increased manganese price at the time."
