I reckon whatever transaction is made a commission should be paid to the coy for admin fees. It's BS brokers are the only ones who make a service fee out of share transactions.
I would like to see some money from speculation on shares go back into the coy that's being traded.
(I personally think brokers should be paid less, but that's never gonna happen.)
