Why? The temporary 12-18 month drop in transactions could already be factored into the $5 billion drop in market value. The SP has increased drastically from $8 once information of stimulus started seeping through. The stimulus makes it very unlikely that bad debt charges will spike for Afterpay. So not sure why this should be $10, based on what?
The market is always forward looking and transactions will increase again once COVID-19 blows over so why would you value this company at $2 billion when it's almost a guarantee to be worth $10b+ in 18-24 months?
If it drops to $10 (which I doubt) I'll back up the truck some more, it's a no brainer at those levels.
