RAP is not a one stop shop and should never have to be. I'm not sure what you think it is they do.
RAP has developed API's which are blocks of code that platform owners can hand to THEIR coders, who will then embed the code into the platform so it can be used. All of the integration work is done by the platform owners own people. This is expected and RAP does not require any experience in providers platforms at all.
It only requires RAP to have someone support those coders through the cycles of development, UAT and Pilot/Go Live....and a single RAP person could do that in most cases.
