Hi all,

Could someone find and post the All Ords V Median House Price for the long term.

I have seen it somewhere in the past and it shows a huge correlation (albeit lagging which you would expect) between housing prices and stockmarket movements.

Housing in OZ has a long way to come off.

I agree with T10...wait a couple of years (1-2 years) and there will be bargains a plenty.
