TCISBoss - I don't think Atomou was referring to investment properties held to rent. I think Atomou was referring to the second home owners with their holiday houses on the NSW Central Coast/Qld Sunshine Coast/Bellarine Peninsula/Tasmania etc which sends the prices in those areas skyrocketing to levels that make housing unaffordable for the average local who don't have the benefit of CBD bankers/lawyers/accountants salaries and bonuses.
