I concur. I have rung them a couple of times over the last couple of weeks, with only result being my time wasted on hold. Even sent them detailed e-mail asking about the issues and what they are doing to improve things. One week latter I got a lengthy reply akin to a politician style rhetoric, some of their drivel was factually inaccurate.
