Didn't take long for ISX to bring in their "smoke and mirror" type antics. This KG Capital Partners (vic) Pty was a completely different entity with its own AFS Licence number and ASIC ABN. But one day after they "cease" this new entity emerges with a cool 30,000,000 shares under their belt.
Why adopt another's name unless your trying to fool the market.
