I had been trying to get them to explain to me how I owed them some money and the ar@$holes just sold shares of mine without my permission.
I am researching now to see if that was legal but its a very bad image for them that a billion dollar company is that desperate for dough that they had to resort to that type of behaviour rather then just giving the situation a few more days to be able to be resolved.
Really Poor form on their part and I am not happy about it one bit and I am not going to take it lying down.

I cannot believe that Commsec would do anything against the law. Maybe you have a margin loan or whatever (even that should have created a warning email on would estimate.

Something drastically wrong somewhere !!
