For e.g in this market environment i am trying to make money off the volatility. i know very risky but it can be very rewarding too. I bought EML shares again right before the end of the day as i believe this should go up a little in the morning. then after that i am expecting the whole of asx to go into red by the end of today. off course just my opinion i could be totally wrong. I look at https://money.cnn.com/data/premarket/ to see what the us future markets are doing (after hours US) yahoo finance au generally posts an aricle on asx futures and where the market might start off from- so today looks like its going to up early - https://au.finance.yahoo.com/news/asx-set-bounce-amid-virus-volatility-201858415--spt.html
Also on hotcopper there is some times you can find useful information. but there is a lot of noise read everything ignore most of it and only take what seems useful.
this is just my opinion, just like everyone else i dont really know what the markets will do. am just guessing here. am not an experienced trader as well, am learning all this stuff as well as i go. hope this helps. best of luck
