    That announcement is not going to change the bearish trend by any stretch , they have missed a milestone in my view so faith is getting steadily eroded, even if there is a good reason for it on this occassion. No the break of 13 cents has put us in a bearish trend just as the need for another raising draws closer. and that's our miserable lot from here... bu88er
