People manipulate the price on most stocks. On RES, I believe, it is only on a mild level but it still is effective when there is very little volume being traded each day.
Once confidence and volume comes back the share price will soar but this time with the capper(s) actually becoming supporters.
None of this actually effects the long term fundamentals of the company.
On another subject from the top 20 holders list it can be seen that Fortis, who have been having trouble in Europe, have not sold any shares.
