Saudi prince plans 1,000-metre tower Posted 24 minutes ago
Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal says he plans to build the world's tallest building in the city of Jeddah.
He says the tower will be more than a kilometre high at a cost of about $40 billion.
The world's tallest man-made structure is currently Dubai's Burj Dubai skyscraper, which is still under construction but is already more than 680 metres in height.
