Whilst FLT is likely to survive (in my opinion), there is no doubt that it will have it's wings clipped to a substantial degree - and so in the short term it will not be the same business that it was.
However, I think a big issue here, that no one seems to be contemplating, is that it is very likely to win substantial market share (in my opinion), and so may actually be a stronger business in the long run. Consider this: HLO is a much weaker business (I think most would agree), yet it has to the recent past, commandeered approximately 50% of FLT's TTV (AU & NZ).
I think there's a message there.
