    Hi All

IMO this announcement is excellent and confirms St George is honing in on a major deep discovery (or several), extending strike and advancing a small scale low cost economically viable mining operation at Stricklands.

The St George team is doing lots of work in the background which is extremely encouraging for all shareholders. Even though the share price is ridiculously low atm I am more than happy for St George to hold off on the drilling until they complete all the MT / AMT survey modelling to finalise the new deeper targets and revise their drilling program accordingly.

As JP has indicated "This is a Game Changer" and I agree. We know the previously identified DHEM and anomaly targets will hit more nickel sulphide mineralisation so I am keen for St George to hold these targets up their sleeve and go for the deeper ones based on the MT / AMT survey modelling - even if it means delaying the drilling program and going for less targets at greater depth. Many of us have been keen for St George to drill deep and now this is the perfect justification to do so.

Lots of very positive and exciting information in this latest announcement but what particularly excited me was the conductive structures and statigraphy parallel to the Cathedral Belt in sgp's 100% owned E29/548 tenement to the north of the Cathedrals Belt. The shallow nickel sulphides discovered at Investigators have recorded strong yellow conductive responses but in addition to the areas circled as areas of interest have a look at the yellow responses in figure 1 at depth below the granite under investigators and in particular the significant increasing yellow at depth under the new area to the north in the 100% sgq owned E29/548 tenement which has never been drilled. These look to be very promising targets. JP also advises that there are also very promising deeper targets at West End, and Fairbridge which have never been drilled either. And then there is Fish Hook which is yet to have an MT / AMT survey. Lots to be excited about and extremely promising.

Looking forward to the significant exploration initiatives over the coming weeks, the revised drilling program and the Paterson airborne magnetic results.

In my view the share price (and options) will not remain at this ridiculously low price for much longer.

Stay patient and keep your faith.

    Cheers SandyC
