its prudent , they have a cost base and no revenues right now, so they need a liquidity buffer.
this should last 12-18 months their liquidity buffer and be strongly poised whenever the covid ends with a cure or a vaccine. i believe it will take over 12 months to fine a cure or a vaccine.
