Must be real hard to dilute shareholders to the tune of half of the current market cap. I hope V4 Red doesn't end up like Versions 1, 2, 3 etc. Sure the stock has done well as of late/multi bagged but that isn't an excuse to raise a billion dollars for the hell of it.

If their relationship with Macquarie was so good and they are reaping in the cash they could have geared higher or raised less. Did they really need $125M for a mill? Must be a gold plated mill.

Something tells me their profitability could be dropping and they are going to need much more than just the cost of the mill to the wheels turning ie: working capital.

Lets see what excuses are provided for the up and coming quarterly.
