Re: Stock Manipulation

I've heard this story or variations a few times before.

1. Manipulation
2. HC posting conspiracies
3. Holders contacting the company
4. The company knowing the people buying/selling

And what?

Nothing.

Why?

Only a court order or ASIC can compel HC to hand over posts and poster details. Poster details can be problematic if using a VPN and disguising identity.

There has been mention of manipulation on HC NOR threads since listing. Is it the same party or do many others have a go too? I read the same on many other threads; usually after the SP has fallen from the highs.

So why after many years has nothing been done? Is it because:
1. There isn't manipulation
2. Manipulation is difficult to prove
3. NOR are powerless to do anything
4. The wheels at ASIC are slow to get moving due to other priorities and/or 2 above.

The SP fairly reflects where the company is at and is inflated, if anything.

All imo.
