What? how is that a select group? It's consistent across all groups of teachers.
I could have easily made the argument that 97% of pre primary teachers are women. How is that acceptable in any way? Do you support initiatives to stop hiring women for these jobs and only hire men?
No, because that would be sexism. Stop hiring people based on gender and hire based on qualifications, that's all we're arguing for.
