I would not use full amount of my SPP. My past experience has been NXT raise money every 2 yrs or so when ever share price jumps, and then price eventually trades below the SPP price and take a while to make a profit. I agree it is good stock, and I think I can buy below these prices one day. in 2018-May they issued at $6.80 and traded way below that for months. Same in 2016-Oct raising happened ...
One area I am concerned about is - given there is more cloud demand with WFH, why didn't they upgrade their FY20 guidance? Outlook is the same.
