I should merely add that AFAIK everyone at LVT is working. The developers are based in Washington state, Tasmania and Sligo Ireland so they have always been used to working remotely. The sales force interact with their customers online. All of LVT’s products are cloud based products so demos have always been a demo of an online product. The “human closing” is helpful....everyone likes to celebrate a closing over drinks at dinner but the world has got used to doing without that.
i hear from other SAAS companies that it is bifurcated. Some deals that used to take 3 months are closing in 3 days but forget about asking a retailer to sign any checks .
Auckland airport just signed with a cloud intranet in a hurry.....anyone know if it was LVT or a competitor?
Either way, even if it was a competitor, it still shows that cloud intranet deals are being closed and closed quickly.
