I wouldn't be so sure that it's a slam dunk - only because the offer is so transparently inadequate. I agree that it's been a smart move by COE to take advantage of market conditions to try to take IPM but I'm still predicting it will fail. If I am forced to accept I'll take the 1.9 plus 50c and I'll probably dump COE.
