glug its quite simple. the govt first off told all Australians to come back and second warned them tabout a mandatory isolation period.
no one has any excuse including those idiots that decided to still travel to bali then come back for work. some are rorting the system others are just plain idiots for trying to skirt the system in some manner others more so because they thought they may get away with it.
