Frankly I wished this was never the case however if there is anyone involved here its noble rather than terracom.
Also AFP has said they are not investigating this any further - some investigation is going on but it is by another party afp doesnt want to name.
Also this quarter report would tell us exactly what TER coal is worth. Surely now that extensive testing is done and TER coal is of crap quality - the vendors won't be taking their coal any further due to breach of contract.
