Good analysis, but you can't "but now at $3.11 and take up the 1-1 offer". That door is closed and buying now does not entitle you to the 1-1 offer. So looks like a PE of 16 assuming WEB can get quickly back to the profit levels of last year. This is a pretty big ask at the moment but then a PE of 16 is pretty low for this company looking further out. DYOR.
