Simple, the raising being put through was illegal just a short time ago..
ASX pushed through new rules so now firms like these can have a life line and make plenty at no risk to the backers and it will and unfortunately has been the retail sh's that will get shafted.
When Bain sells out at massive gains and Webjet fly through this money the game will almost certainly be up....How much will the big boys earn with these new guidelines with dying companies at mum and dads expense....?
