These guys really are starting to butcher this capital raise.

To be fair its been tough times in the markets, i think it was poor form to reduce the placement price from 4 cents to 2 cents.

Like alot of other speculative companies out there, they should have cancelled it and put the acquisition on hold pending better market conditions instead of smashing current share holders and also the last round of placement participants. I would imagine those in the last raise were not to happy and forced there hand for a heavy discount so they could get closer to break even on there last participation.
