Way too long. They cant say they didnt receive a response to their queries though. The whole thing feels a bit like what happened with AB1. They release announcements half cocked that the ASX dont like then they both kick their heals in and wont back down. They were suspended for 6 months, hired new staff to bring them into compliance and spent millions on lawyer fees and still ended being delisted.
At least this is a better outcome but should be big wake up call to the board to hire someone in investor relations.
