I think that is a wee bit presumptuous WE. There is money in the bank, what is up in the air is what will South 32 do - will they carry on with the Year 2 commitment or will they walk away? Once there is an answer to that question then we all may have decisions to make. I believe in ICG as there is money in the kick. I think the last quarterly was twelve months so I guess now it is 9?

I do not think you need to be a rocket surgeon to work out ICGO is not going to happen, the answer to that is in CPS setting the ICGOA @ .007/share in the last CR.
