when is this one going to take off?

currently at 21.5c

was 40c when take over offer was placed.

reached up to 70+ cents during take over offer.

was $1++ just 12 months ago.

can anyone explain current levels?

nb. yesterdays relatively low volumes might be its cause? if so, i expect a huge bounce back, at least to the 40c level within a week -- together with sentiment improving...
