88e sold 60% of Block A for PMO's US $23m , that brought them an appraisal well and logging suite.
Regardless of the initial results, the full suite will be run, data on leases is 88e currency, and since they have already paid for it, why would they not run it. I haven't seen anything that suggests PMO are offering refunds if the well is under budget.
