It's next resistance, and the time it spent recently around that area will be tough to push through but the major news expected could certainly be the catalyst needed to get to the other side.
More importantly i think is the major bearish trendline that now coincides with the 1.5c resistance. A break of that level will see serious action akin to the volatility that drove the SP above 4c on the last upswing.
It's no wonder we are seeing early action, look at the expected mcap from Edison report based on a P1 plant. Many many bags potentially.
