Don't they have their own water soluble CBD technology in Aquiol? Did Cannaglobal fleece them of that as well or is it useless tech we were previouslyfed BS about?

If everything was going swimmingly with their medicine manufacturing and sales pipeline as they have been suggesting, why is someone else technology all of a sudden "vital" to their developement? Have they found the bioavailability of their medicine isn't good?
