    Gj did definately say finance was to be at 5%. In the current climate with money tight it would be nice to see some signatures in place . Apart from the EPA , finance seems to be the only other hurdle.
    Gj also said they were hoping to have EPA by Jan-Feb and it would be approx 6 months after approval to production.
