I am surprised the ASX has not requested more information concerning the nature of the litigation funding deal. After all the only real asset that chm has is the litigation.

The ASX should require CHM to disclose the full details and provide a copy of the funding agreement because it may well seriously affect the share holder value.

My guess is CHM may have agreed to give the funder 50% of proceeds of potential success. It was clear they were never going to be able to raise capital in the current climate. The litigation is v risky. CHM have very little cash left. So the funder will probably want the lion's share of success. If so the shareholders are entitled to the details.

CHM have had a few attempts at raising money now. First there was a fully underwritten share issue that failed. Then loans and i believe they borrowed 1.5 mill with collateral as shares. Then a share issue at 2.7c that went no where. Now we see a unnamed litigation funder providing funds and no details of the funding arrangements are given to shareholders.

    Why not?

Come on ASX do your job.
