I'm in touch with mates in Oz pretty much daily - UK as well.

In comparison to France - Oz and the UK are half r's ed

now, that doesn't mean anything yet - lets just go with France and Oz (I think UK has huge problems)

Oz might be lucky -- it's difficult to say - but, although it might be lucky in numbers -- I don't think it's going to be lucky in the 'coming out' period

because of the half r's way it did the entry to half r's shutdowns and still really is - then, it's going to come out with little pockets of trouble - which will mean an extended awakening ---

that' my feeling - i might be wrong

France has far bigger numbers - so, that's a problem - but, has shut down hard in comparison - and, from what I see here - which isn't necessarily reflective of the whole country - but, if the whole country was like where I am - then, this thing will be nutted in 6 weeks or so

what then -------------- is the BIG ?????

eg. if France is clean - but, the UK isn't - then, sorry - that's a big issue

ditto for many internal borders in the EU

Oz is different to that - but, not much

Tassie should have had this by the short and curlies - but, they haven't - if they had shut down hard at first - they could almost be sitting around with a comfortable smile - but, they didn't and a few things happened that shouldn't have happened - and, it 'might' be getting away

I bring up Tassie because it's got a physical boundary which is really easy to use as a natural defense --------- stop the planes, stop the Spirit and you are in your own canoe ------- no one in Tassie would ever starve - the joint is a food basket

The rest of Oz is a different matter -- it's a big joint - just like Europe or USA - and it's only got 5 states and a couple of territories - one bloody big and one very tiny -

but, they are all doing different things - people on here have bitched about Vic and it's politics for ages - but, if anyone has dropped the ball big time here - it's NSW -- irresponsible and bloody hopeless - they need a good smack with a hunk of 4X2 to wake them up.

I don't know what the future will bring for Oz or France etc - but, my guess is that I will get a look by France in about 2 to 4 weeks - to see if they open up at all and how they do it.

One thing is for sure - there are places in the world that are just going to be no go zones for a while -- I suspect the UK will have big issues - the USA is certain ----- all nations will be different from each other at a guess - so, it will be on a nation by nation basis -

what can we do? -- see what happens and laugh as much as we can
