Methinks this is the group that:
1. Invincible.
2. Renouncing our ways of working to build comfort (and a degree of wealth)
3. Want to express the inner artist....many do not want to replicate the orthodox work lifestyle.
4. And socially rampant - as most of us were during that period.
Hence they are non compliant.

And I know this is a generalisation.
