Any acquirer would be getting a steal even if they paid 40-50% premium to current share price. A lot of people think that no M&A activity would happen in this climate- nonsense- this is a buyers market and any acquirer with financial strength knows this- they not going to wait until SP hits $3 plus. Also so much gov money is being and will continue to go into health care- tailwinds- plus HLS is very oversold atm.
