then the developers would jump up the prices of the houses they are building by 35000...which would bump up the price of existing comparable homes by the same amount..... this is the cheaper way to go.... someone is advertising new house and land packages for about 249.000...with 21,000 extras tossed in....bet those deals are all gone, and the next best deal is 270,000....with no extras I would prefer my interest rate cuts....to come off the banks profits....not out of my taxes
