The initial excitement over stimulus will wear off as more time goes by. If these lock downs go for 6 months, do you think the prices of stocks will still reflect a stimulus that was announced 6 months prior? Nope, the only thing that will matter by that point is the amount people are actually spending and if theres still a lockdown I can guarantee it won't be much.
I can't see any risk to being on the sidelines for the short term. I can't think of any reasons for the share price to be moving upwards from where it currently is (feel free to give me a reason if you have one), but I can think of many reasons for it to be moving down.
