They would need to link their information into a social network app for users. A system by which a artist can ring / video call an engineer a talk over his resume of work... or maybe engineers could pitch for work on movie scores via an inside app for licensing opportunities. but that's already been done with songtradr etc.. hard to know. What does impress me is their breadth of agreements (although for a fee by what i can ascertain)
Info and data is powerful but you've got to make people want the data...
I think the way forward is to attack the spotify and apple music users so that when they listen to a song they get shown a link that says "see how the song was produced" then cuts to the page of the engineer / producer / songwriter for an interview. So it's the experienced game. emmersive experience with the data they collect. something like that. an add-on to existing platforms...
