@madamswer ...."But we know that there are numerous cases that are asymptomatic or just mildly symptomatic that do not get reported/recorded."

"Numerous" could be a fairly low number in both South Korea and Australia. As people that get this virus would test positive for it over a number of weeks, whether they had a serious illness or were asymptomatic, the disease still takes weeks to run it's course.

There has been a lot of vigorous testing in both SK and Aus, so a lot of asymptomatic cases have been picked up and the people told to go into self isolation.
There are obviously some more undetected cases in the community, but it will only be a very low percentage, well less than 10%, otherwise the overall numbers recorded would be going up greatly.

None of the data coming in from anywhere supports the notion of large scale asymptomatic cases, but there are models and theories all around, a lot by people that should know better. It is really just wishful thinking.
