When proven incorrect that APRA are not in fact requiring banks to raise more capital, you said this:-

This is the way some large city firm lawyers play it in litigation matters. Sew the seeds of doubt in the opponent lawyer's mind and reap the benefits. They probably have in house training on how to do this.
